Policies/Payment

Payment 

Payment terms are as specified on our quotation, but are subject to our review and approval. Late paying accounts will be charged interest at 1.25% per month. Foreign orders may require entire payment with order.

Forms of Payment include

Down payments are required and are not refundable. A minimum of 50% down payment is required at time of purchase, and the balance of the purchase is paid-in-full before delivery or pick-up.

Sales Tax

Sales Tax is only applicable, if the payment is made inside the state of Florida. Inside the state of Florida, sales tax is determined by the county in which the order is shipped. All orders picked up at our location are subject to Orange County sales tax.

Freight/Shipping

When requested. we will gladly provide freight estimates, as a service to our customers. However, we will not be held responsible for the accuracy of these charges. If freight cost is important to you, we ask that you route the freight by the carrier of your choice, collect.  Otherwise, we will use our best judgment in shipping. Unless otherwise quoted, all shipments are FOB origin, collect.

Returns

There are NO returns. All orders or purchases are FINAL.

Cancellations

All cancellations on orders or purchases for any reason will be subject to a minimum charge of 20% of the sales order and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. The charge reflects the amount of the investrnent SCF has in the process. manufacturing, and production of the product you have ordered.

While every attempt is made to give our customers accurate, up to date information in our brochure, mistakes are possible and products change from time-to-time. Therefore, all data is subject to change without notice. Please confirm any important dimensions or details that may significantly impact your application. Please check that you have the latest information prior to ordering.
